Last night we had the privilege to stay around for the youth worship service at the Celebration Church where we are staying. Our kids really enjoyed getting to see and experience a different worship culture and it was good to see the Lord moving here in New Orleans.</span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" > <br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" >Today we closed up shop on our two painting houses and were able to pray with the home owners and even sing a few songs. I was able to talk to one of our homeowners for a few minutes and he couldn't stop talking about how blessed he felt to have spent time with our students and wanted everyone to know how much they were changing the city of New Orleans and the world around them.</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" > <br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" >Finally we were able to take a few of our team members from last year and let them visit Hope United church and see Pastor Nick from last years trip. We were able to see some of his artwork and some more of the progress that had been made in the last year. We were at 4 different houses in the city and did a lot of scraping and painting. It has been a great time hanging out with our newly acquired New Orleans friends and getting to serve together.
